Last night we had a family date and went out to dinner and then to mini golf. Elizabeth was so funny to watch. I think she is still a little young to enjoy this game, but it was still fun. She had trouble understanding how to hit the ball so I told her to pretend she was sweeping and to sweep the ball into the hole. After sweeping it she would pick it up and then drop it in the hole and get excited because she "did it".
The highlight of the night was Andrew getting a hole in one! Yes, a hole in one!! I was holding him and used Elizabeth's club and let him help me hit the ball and he managed to get a hole in one...Doug was pretty amazed. It was a fun night out as a family...just what I needed.
